Someone arrived late

Open Players and tap Late arrival. If nobody has entered a score in the current round yet, they join this round; otherwise they join the next one. They won't be made to sit out for the rounds they missed.

Someone left or got hurt

Open Players and tap Leaving or Injured. For an injury during a game, choose Cancel game (it doesn't count) or Keep score. Rounds already played never change.

The same people keep playing together

With few players it's unavoidable after a while: 8 players have only 7 different partners each. The fairness check shows repeat partners, and the Who played with whom screen shows every pair.

Players can't open the QR link

The viewer needs a browser from the last few years (Safari 16.4 or later, Chrome 103 or later). After each round, tap Update QR so the link shows the latest scores.

Purchases

• New device: open Session, then Settings, and tap Restore Purchases.
• For refunds, use Apple's Report a problem page.

When you email

It helps to include your device and iOS or iPadOS version, the RallyRound version (in Settings), and a screenshot if something looks wrong.
