In short

RallyRound doesn't collect any data. There is no RallyRound server and no account.
Player names, scores and groups stay on your device.
The QR schedule link carries the schedule inside the link itself. Our website never receives it.
No analytics, no ads, no tracking, in the app or on this website.

Who we are

RallyRound is made by Huynh Xuan Sang (Sang Huynh), an independent developer. Contact: sanghuynhxuan@gmail.com.

What the app stores

The names you type, optional skill ratings and genders, your saved groups, court names, the rounds and scores of each session. It's all saved in the app's storage on your iPhone or iPad. Nothing is sent to the developer or to anyone else. If you use iCloud Backup, Apple may include the app's storage in your device backup.

Sharing you choose to do

QR code and schedule link: the schedule and standings are packed into the part of the link after the # sign. Browsers never send that part to a web server, so the rallyround.sanghuynhxuan.com server only sees that someone opened the viewer page, never the names or scores. Anyone you give the link to can see what's in it.
PDF, image, CSV and session files: created on your device and sent only where you choose in the share sheet (AirDrop, Messages, Files, a printer).

Read-aloud court calls

Court calls use Apple's speech voice on your device. The text isn't sent anywhere.

Purchases

RallyRound Pro is a one-time purchase handled by Apple. The developer receives Apple's standard sales reports, which don't identify you.

This website

This website uses no cookies, analytics or third-party scripts. The web host keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security. They don't include what's after the # in a link, and they aren't used for anything else.

Deleting your data

Delete a group or session in the app, or delete the app to remove everything it saved.

Children

RallyRound is a tool for organizers and isn't directed at children.
